Warranty Disclosure

At Central Valley Tub & Tile Refinishing, we stand behind the quality of our refinishing services. We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all tub refinishing work, covering cracking, peeling, and flaking that occur under normal residential use.

This warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of service and applies to the original customer only. It does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper cleaning methods (e.g., use of abrasive cleaners)

• Standing water due to plumbing issues

• Impact or misuse

• Repairs or alterations by other parties

• Harsh chemicals or bathmats with suction cups

To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your service receipt and photos of the issue. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will assess and address warranty claims promptly.
